Charges filed with NZ Police
After months of stress caused by the issues created by COVID-19 in Europe we have finally sorted out a set of Criminal Charges against the Investigators, lawyer and IAG due to their actions conspiring to avoid meeting our valid insurance claims.
The charges are very simple, we have only used a limited number of events, crimes defined by the Crimes Act 1961
Conspiring to bring false accusation (Section 115)
Perjury (Sections 108, 109(2))
Fabricating evidence (Section 113)
Conspiring to defeat justice (Section 117)
As readers of this website will see, there are many more instances of criminal actions taken by the investigators that we could add but we feel that a simple case based on ROCK SOLID evidence will be easier to progress to Court.
The evidence relating to these charges is based on direct comparisons between the evidence stated in a Court hearing by the investigators to their own photographs, statements or reports that show their court statements were deliberately misleading to the benefit of IAG.
Each piece of misleading evidence had a planned purpose, some of it was attempting to negate the irrefutable evidence of intruders at the property right up to time the Fire Service arrived at the scene.
Other instances attempted to show that Remote Ignition had been used for me to cause the fire from almost 400Km away, but these were all based on a theory that had no basis in fact whatsoever which led to serious problems for the investigators. They resorted to clumsily planting evidence at the fire scene and finally, in desperation, attempted to introduce a falsified document to one of the final hearings that led to my acquittal of the Arson charges.
All of this falsification was done to the benefit of IAG, to allow them to decline the insurance claims but the reasons they used were all based on the falsified evidence created by their investigators who were appointed and apparently controlled by IAG’s lawyer, Chris Hlavac.
That IAG, after the acquittal still maintained the same position, refusing to meet the claims, stating that they still believed that I had caused the fire by Remote Ignition, the very process that, after years of investigation, had been positively shown never to have occurred, is quite incredible.
The Crime Report is now in the hands of the NZ Police – Case Number 190515/7204.
